Sometimes, children prefer to confide in their peers, rather than school staff.

Our Peer Listeners are on duty every lunchtime. They are specially trained to actively listen to others, no matter what the issue. They know exactly what they can deal with themselves and, what they need to pass on to a member of staff.
As part of their training they have undertaken a specific module on safeguarding and they operate within our school safeguarding policy and procedures. 

All of our peer listeners wear badges around school. Please feel free to talk to any of them about any issues you may have.
