We are sharing the book 'Wolves' by Emily Gravett. The children are learning lots of facts about grey wolves. They have been to the library to find both fiction and non-fiction books. We have sorted the books into fact and fiction and written fact sentences from our research.

We have shared religious and non-religious stories and found the deeper meanings from each and discussed how these stories help people to make the right decisions of how to be kind to others, animals and the world.
The children have looked at the beautiful text in the Quran. |
PSHE
We have talked about the very special people in our lives and what it is that makes them special.
After sharing who are VIP people are and naming our family members, the children have discussed how to resolve conflict. We talked about strategies to help calm yourself down before talking to the person who you are having a disagreement with. The children then drew the different techniques they would use.
