World book day

This week the children have shared the first few chapters of a story written by Tim Jorden.
​Tim came into school on Wednesday and talked to the children about being an author.  He asked them to create a character that he could use in his books.

Celebrations

Here are our class autumn celebration certificates.  Well done children.

Art and Design - colour

This term the children are using a variety of painting tools to paint with primary colours.  They have already learnt how to mix the primary colours to make secondary colours.
They will be using the skills they have explored to paint 'a work of art' called Rhythm in the style of Robert Delaunay.
