CONSENT
When your child starts at Deer Park, we will ask you grant or deny permissions for a number of things. You have the right to withdraw or amend permissions at anytime and you can do this by contacting a member of our office staff.
Parent and Carer contact details
On entry to school, you will be required to complete an emergency conatct details form. This is the information that we will use to contact you or other appointed contacts (if we can not get hold hold of you).
We will send you this once a year t review and make any ammendements however, if your details change you must inform the school immediately and you must always ensure we have at least 2 emergency contacts on file.
